After obtaining quotes for new steel doors in the basic ribbed design of over £900 per single door and over £2,000 for the double doors (total cost £41,800) the residents and management company researched our product and invited us to attend their AGM to discuss the complete makeover of the existing garage doors to a much higher end, maintenance free frontage in our Monroe design, unique fascia panels.
This was completed at a cost of less £395.00 per door (total cost £15,950)
The residents were absolutely delighted with the finished product and the apartment complex now looks even more spectacular with the Monroe design garage door fascias.
Many of the residents also took advantage of our electric operator remote control system at the same time.
Some of the residents have commented that they think this has increased the actual market value of their apartments.
